Skhid

Skhid (Ukrainian for “east”) is a small community server that lets the Survarium 0.26g client sign in, trade, form squads and play matches again.

Early test server. It has bugs and may not work fully. Your progress, items and accounts can be lost or reset at any time, and the server may be stopped at any time. By playing you accept this.

How to play

1. Download our files and unpack them into an empty folder with about 10 GB free. You do this only once.

   Already have Survarium 0.26g (build 2777)? Unpack into its folder, the one with the game folder. Launcher can't get the game? Get the original game and do the same.

2. Run Skhid.bat and press PLAY. The first time, the launcher downloads the game (2.9 GB, from Google Drive), which takes a while. It keeps itself up to date.

   Windows warns about an unknown publisher? Let it run.
   Linux: bash Skhid.sh launcher, see LINUX.txt.

   Without the launcher

   play_skhid.bat in game\binaries\x86 starts the game without updating it.

   Start it with this command line:

   survarium_skhid.exe -localization=english -server=2-28-121-133.sslip.io:2234 -mt_allocator=768 -minimum_resources_memory_size=768

   Run it from the game's game\binaries\x86 folder (the download's play_skhid.bat does).

   • -server server address
   • -localization language: english, russian, ukrainian
   • -mt_allocator=768 memory for the game (maps need more than the default), MB
   • -minimum_resources_memory_size=768 memory for resources, MB
3. Sign in with any name and password: a new name registers itself. Remember the password.

How matches start

• A match starts 120 s after 2 players are waiting, or at once with 20.
• Join a match in progress with JOIN in the lobby's «Matches» window, until 2 minutes are left, up to 10 a side.
• Teams are balanced by gear, level and past results.
